Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using SOPzen, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our service. These terms apply to all users, including free and paid account holders.
Use of Service
SOPzen grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our platform for your internal business documentation needs. You may not use our service for illegal purposes, to harm others, to distribute spam, or to violate any applicable laws or regulations.
Your Content
Content you create on SOPzen — your SOPs, procedures, and other documents — remains yours. You grant us a limited license to store, display, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service. We do not use your content to train AI models.
Intellectual Property
The SOPzen platform, technology, design, and underlying AI systems are our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without our written permission.
Subscription and Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Limitation of Liability
SOPzen is provided as-is without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
